TIPI HOLIDAYS ON THE ISLE OF WIGHT

Eve’s Tipis
Tipi Holidays on the Isle of Wight

Experience sleeping in a traditional tipi and cooking over an open fire in the beautiful, peaceful countryside of the Isle of Wight. Various sizes of tipi are available, from 10ft to accommodate one or two people, up to 20 ft for larger families or groups. Tipis can be pitched individually or in small ‘villages’. There are communal open fire areas for which wood is provided and a barbecue area, both with seating and tables.

Inside, the tipis are colourfully furnished (see gallery)  with double futon mattresses or airbeds, clothes storage, colourful rugs, floor cushions and sheepskin style rugs, low table and night light lanterns. A small camp stove, basic cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery are also provided. Duvets and pillows can also be provided but guests are required to bring their own towels.

We have two sites in the Isle of Wight, one is a secluded field planted as a conservation area and the other is situated close to the sea, with stunning views and both are within areas of outstanding natural beauty.

The tipis are situated among trees, with open grass spaces. There is an abundance of wildlife and guests are encouraged to keep noise and environmental impact to a minimum - sorry, but we do not accept dogs except guide dogs. There is a cold water supply on site, toilet and shower facilities and on site parking.

Details of local ameneties, shops and attractions and a map with directions will be provided when you book. If you get lost or the sat nav goes on holiday, then we can guide you to us by phone ! (As long as were not in the bath or something at the time).

As with any outdoor activity, there is a risk of personal injury. Isle of Wight Tipis/Eve’s Tipis can accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage to possessions or personal injuries sustained during your stay. Visitors are advised to take out their own insurance and children must be supervised at all times. Please see our full terms and conditions on the website.
