Payment
terms
Deposit
with booking. Full payment is required 6 weeks before start of
rental date. For festival hire, full payment is required 10 weeks in
advance. If payment is not
received satisfiying this condition, and you have not contacted us,
your reservation
is liable to be cancelled. Booking confirmation will be sent to you via
post or email once funds are cleared.
Refunds
Any
cancellation before the above periods will be refunded in full less a £10 administration charge.
If
the booking is cancelled more than 28 days prior to rental start date a
cancellation fee of 10% of the prepaid rental amount will be charged.
If
the booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the rental start
date a cancellation fee of 50% of the prepaid rental amount will be
charged.
No
refund will be made if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days
prior to the rental start date or the client(s) is unable to attend the
event for whatever reason.
Clients
are expected to take out their own insurance against such
possibilities.
In
the event of Isle of Wight Tipis / Eve’s Tipis being unable to
provide the service due to cancellation of the festival/event then
full refunds will be offered to the amount originally invoiced.
Ownership
All
equipment hired remains the property of
Isle of Wight Tipis.
A
charge may be made for replacement of tipi equipment &
furnishings missing or damaged.
Liability
It
is the responsibility of the hirer to insure against loss or damage
of equipment or personal injury. Isle of Wight Tipis / Eve’s Tipis
can accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage to possessions,
or any personal injury or death and the hirer must accept full
responsibility at all times. Children must be supervised.
