Payment terms

Our payment terms are 7 days for full settlement unless agreed otherwise. If payment is not received before 7 days and you have not contacted us your reservation is liable to be cancelled. Booking confirmation will be sent to you via post or email once funds are cleared.

Refunds

Any cancellation within 7 days of booking will be refunded in full.

If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to rental start date a cancellation fee of 10% of the prepaid rental amount will be charged.

If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the rental start date a cancellation fee of 50% of the prepaid rental amount will be charged.

No refund will be made if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the rental start date or the hirer is unable to attend the event for whatever reason. 

Clients are expected to take out their own insurance against such possibilities.

In the event of Isle of Wight Tipis / Eve’s Tipis being unable to provide the service due to cancellation of the festival/event then full refunds will be offered to the amount originally invoiced.

Ownership

All equipment hired remains the property of
Isle of Wight Tipis.

A charge may be made for replacement of tipi equipment & furnishings missing or damaged.

Liability

It is the responsibility of the hirer to insure against loss or damage of equipment or personal injury. Isle of Wight Tipis / Eve’s Tipis can accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage to possessions, or any personal injury or death and the hirer must accept full responsibility at all times. Children must be supervised.
